The 12th Annual Motorcycle Poker Run

Thank you to everyone who came to our 12th Annual Motorcycle Poker Run and Chili Cook-off. We had 279 participants, 200 riders, and 1 really sweet Corvette driven by Bruce Dennis. The event raised $75,000 in donations – our biggest amount ever!

The winner of the Harley was Emory Schaffer, Local 48 member working for Christenson Electric at Intel.

The gold coin was won by Tom and Renelle Deering.

The winner of the chili cook off was Dan Newberry, IAM and AW, Local Lodge 63.

The High Hand was held by Rodger Misho

The Low Hand was held by Mark Neyman

Our top contributors were IAM & AW Local Lodge 63 with $5,063; Columbia Motorcycle Harley-Davidson with $3,150; IBEW Local 48 with $2500; Sheet Metal Workers Local 16 with $1,900, Carpenters Local 146 with $1,460 and our Thousand Dollar Club (with distant contributors):

In Addition, Gaylord Sports Management in Scottsdale, AZ and Unions for Kids Committee member Theresia Lloyd-Siemer each contributed in excess of a $1,000 in prizes.

Finally, the Northwest Labor Press, Hollywood Impress, Union Yes Web Services and the IBEW & United Workers Federal Credit Union all contributed goods and services worth over $1,000.
